Two Weeks

Kittens are cute.

Mr. Dewey has now been home for two whole weeks, and I don't know how I ever lived without him. Some things we've learned about him in his first two weeks:

Likes:

Dangly toys
Hair ties
Grey mousie
Grey's Anatomy
Figure skating
Attacking Mommy's head
Jumping on the table
Cuddling

Dislikes:

Eye ointment
Sleeping at night
Being told "no"

"I want to go to Grandma's for Christmas and all, but are you sure I have to be in this thing for three hours to get there, Mommy?"

"Really? You're positive? Well, okay..."

"Mommy, that hair tie was on your foot! I wasn't attacking you - I was protecting you!"

He's a cutie! We've never traveled with our cat. She's a homebody. I'm sure it'll be ok. Good luck and Happy Holidays!

Awwww.... I always leave the cat carrier out and my two treat it as a cave/cat bed - that way it doesn't mean bad things when they see it.

OMG, the love the hair ties. One of our cats isn't very playful. No batting at dangly things, etc. But leave a hair tie laying around and she goes nuts. Dewey looks like he's growing into a fine young man.
