Monday Positivity

Wheeee!

A few years ago, I used to do something called Participation Positives, and I guess I sort of forgot about it after a while. But I thought of it recently, and hey, it's still going! I'm going to start doing it again, because it's a nice Monday thing. And I'm still in that good mood. So, today's positives:

Walking in the cool (rather than cold) springlike (!) rain
New friends and old friends
A satisfying, full weekend
Knitting, especially the lovely Salina
Going out for both Mexican and Indian food in one weekend
Yummy leftovers
A good start to the F1 season yesterday
Anticipation of spring

Where around here do you find Mexican food?

There's On the Border just inside of Tyngsborough on DW Highway. But that's TexMex not even Mex.

There's La Hacienda(?) on DW Highway in Nashua near the Volvo dealership, but I haven't eaten there yet, so I don't know if it is TexMex or Mex or Mexican.

To give some background, I spent 5 years in Northern California and make my own tortilla, refried beans, and will one of these days attempt mole from scratch (instead of from a jar.)

I miss being able to buy a box of Ibarra chocolate and cans of whole powdered milk.

I love the anticipation of spring- however it was 80 all weekend here and it felt more like summer! (Its now back to 60- so spring-like feeling, at least for the South.)
