There are a million good ones via Google, I think your best bet is to combine a few until you find the right combo.
Ruth Yaron in Super Baby Food provides this "starter" idea:
Preheat oven to 350. Spread 5 c. oats in 9x13 pan and heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine:
1/3 c veg oil or melted butter
1/2 c honey
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c well-chopped nuts (we omit those)
1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix into pan with oatmeal and return to oven for 30 minutes, stirring often to brown. After mixture cools, add 1-1/2 c dried fruit and 1/2 c sunflower seeds. Store in fridge in covered container.
